Things I’ve built.

A few ways I’m putting AI to work.

ENTERPRISE AI / INDEPENDENT PROTOTYPE

Valerie.

I built Valerie to explore what an AI customer review should show: readiness, adoption, and evidence of value.

It’s a source-code prototype with account scoring and a portfolio rollup. The scoring logic and sample data are available in the repository.

Explore the source

Valerie is a concept prototype. Its sample customers, scores, and financial figures are fictional.

What Valerie looks at

ReadinessWhat is in place?
AdoptionWhat is being used?
ValueWhat evidence supports the outcome?

Realaitor

A personal experiment in AI-assisted real estate work, from market preparation and listing narratives to decisions that still need human judgment.

Open questions

Questions from
the work.

These are some of the questions behind the tools I’m building and the workflows I use.

What changes when you build your own interface?

I use Claude to bring my Salesforce and partner data into a cockpit built around how I work. It connects with automated Slack messages, and I’ve built live QBR sites that let me drill into the detail. Salesforce is still the trusted CRM. I’m choosing how I interact with it.

How does the handoff hold up after the sale?

I created The Value Handshake to connect Sales, technical teams, and Customer Success around Agentforce and Data Cloud adoption. The work focused on measurable customer value and what each team needed to carry forward.

What does an account score actually tell us?

Building Valerie gives me a way to examine that. A model can put readiness, adoption, and value in one place. I still want to know what evidence sits behind a score and what the account team should do with it.
